Hello Angel City Sports family,   

We recently received a grant from the  <https://angelcitysports.us9.list-manage.com/track/click?u=75a01f94b2a36a4b48cf62dd7&id=14f37a06c7&e=7ee4bc001a> Annenberg Foundation to support our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. We are using this funding to find out how we can better support the disability community in Los Angeles, and that’s why we’re emailing you today.  

As you may know, there is limited opportunity for people with disabilities to participate in community-based recreational activities and events. And if opportunities do exist, there are multiple barriers to participation that people with disabilities face, including transportation, cost, and social stigma.

Communities of color face additional barriers to participation and we need your help identifying those barriers, so we can adapt our services to better support the entire disability community.  

We created a survey for people with disabilities that will take about 3-5 minutes to finish and is completely anonymous.
