[NFBC-SFV] April 2024 minutes of the Chapter meeting

Hi Sheila,

The minutes seem basically great except for 3 names were misspelled.  The
correct spellings are Mathew, Salcido and Riccobono.

There is one item which is a misquote, in the section about our State
Affiliate elections, Carmen was at the convention but, mentioned "she was
not seeking to be re-elected ".
