Numerous personnel and handlers are available to answer questions. Some exhibits also have recorded information although sometimes the buttons are hard to find. You can touch some of the animals like rays and jellies (no they don't sting). There is a large indoor cafeteria on the top floor and also snack bars. Behind the scenes tours are available at the Customer Service counter for an additional fee. These tours are small groups. Your guide will tell you what's needed to run the Aquarium and the various tanks. They will give you insight on some of the animal's personalities. There is a gift shop near the entrance. Also, on the same floor as the entrance is a large hall where performances take place. Along one side of the hall are art exhibitors and information tables. Oh, one more thing. If you want to pet the animals make sure your sleeves roll up. You need to put your whole arm in to pet the rays! Yes, there are stations where you can wash your arms and your hands.
