<p class="MsoNormal">If someone contacts you and indicates they have lost their vaccine card, you can share the below information. I suspect this will begin to be a concern in the near future, especially for individuals experiencing homelessness or individuals
who just happen to misplace or forget where they put it.<o:p></o:p></p>
