<p class="MsoNormal">Some of you have asked me about this great program provided by LA County Workforce Development, Aging and Community Services (WDACS). It provides two different programs which the person applying can only apply to one of the two. One is
the door assistance program where 40 miles/month are granted. The catch is that the 40 miles need to be used in 4 trips. It is a taxi service so it is a same day service. See link below for more information:<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The second program is the Volunteer Driver Mileage Reimbursement Program. The consumer has to have designated driver, it could be a friend/family member who drives them to appointments or errands. Not sure of restrictions. I have also included
