To be eligible</span><br><span>to receive the grant, the applicant must have attended three CAGDU</span><br><span>meetings during the period of January through June 2023, they need to</span><br><span>have paid their dues for the 2023 year, and they must also be able to</span><br><span>show they have registered for the national convention when they apply</span><br><span>for the grant.
