Hi,

It could also depend upon the version of Word you are using. I suspect that
Word 2007 would not work well with JFW 7.1.

If your view is normal, change it to print view.  If it is print view,
change it to normal and that should fix the problem for that document at
that time.  I don't know what causes that but it used to happen on some
computers.  Those options are under the view menu.
