[nfbcs] Logging On Straight to the Desktop

Here is advice from Tony Olivarro:
If you go to Start, Run, and enter "Control userpasswords2" and press OK,
you will get a dialog box with a list of users on that machine. Select the
one that you would like to automatically boot into. After that, uncheck
the
box that says, "users must enter a username and password to use this
computer" and select OK. Note that while the checkbox appears before the
list of users, you need to select a user before unchecking the box as the
list becomes unavailable at that point.

After Pressing OK, you will be prompted for the password for that user
account, if there is no password, just leave the fields blank and press
ENTER.
