Also, other than doing a right click (application key) and choosing the 
"save target as" menu item, you can let the media play on Media Player and 
then go to the file menu and choose save as while the item is still playing.

some kind of media player platform from the website, media that opens up 
Media Player on your computer downloads the media as some form of temporary 
cookie or so into the computer.

You can play it as many times as you like as long as you leave the media 
player open after opening up the link, but when you close media player, the 
temporary files get erased.
