Greetings:

With regard to the Sprint Smart View program, I have found a fully
keyboard-accessible method which does not depend on any screen reader or
pixel movement.

First, Press Alt T to go to tools.  Then arrow to Options and press Enter.
Then, up arrow to Sprint Broadband, press right arrow, down arrow once, and
tab to Connect.

Interestingly enough, the fine folks at Sprint could not figure out how to
do this.  It took a fair amount of persistence by a dedicated nonvisual
technology expert to figure this out.
