that would take a scripting change. Call up the script file (.jss) for 
Outlook Express and see what it does for attachments.  I believe there is a 
little graphic shaped like a paper clip that identifies an attachment, and I 
believe that jaws checks for this and then announces "attachments". You 
could put a sound effect there -- but sorry I don't know how to call the 
sound file. It's probably easy though.

attachments?  So JFW does not always say attachment, but bing or something.
