[nfbcs] No smtp authentication on Nokia with Talks

Good evening Nancy,

Thanks for the suggestion.

I ended up finally convincing someone at my cellular provider to give me the 
address for the networks smtp server, which I knew they must have, it took 
several (6) agents to get one that knew what this was after thorough 
explanations.
