Hi Albert. I think cell phone time is billed by the minute whether you
are calling a local or a long-distance number regardless whether or not
the number is toll free.

William, will at n t charge for 1-800 numbers during the day time? Isn't
1-800 numbers supposed to be a toll free call even on your cell phone
