Hello fellow computer scientists:
The Reno chapter of the Nevada NFB has been working with a CS instructor in 
the development of making computer games accessible to the blind; as well as 
welcoming him on board as a chapter member representing the University of 
Nevada, Reno (UNR).
He is currently seeking volunteers who would be interested in trying out a 
bata version of a popular game that can be used by screen readers.

The university of nevada in Reno recently developed an application called 
TextSL which allows visually impaired to access the popular virtual world of 
Second Life using a screen reader. A beta version of this application can be 
downloaded for free on: http://www.textsl.org
We are looking for volunteers who would be willing to participate in user 
studies in the Spring semester of 2009.
