Joe, I work some with the Jaws team. If you want to write me off list,
I'll be glad to post some of the problems if I can duplicate them.

Subject: [nfbcs] JAWS 10 is the Devil
Hello all,
So if you're considering upgrading yourself to JAWS 10, don't. Or, at
least hold on until the next update. I'm sure you've all grown tired of
my complaining of text editors not working with my JAWS, and while my
7.1 JAWS is not stellar, it does a lot better about reaching items
version 10 appears to struggle with. I'm not sure what the deal is, but
the only real thing new I found about version 10 is the menu structure
for the verbosity feature and even that structure successfully pisses me
off every time I go to make an adjustment. Maybe, just maybe, I'll give
this Window Eyes character another chance. The first time I tried it,
it was like trying to make a mild adjustment from Internet Explorer to
FireFox, not bad but noticeably different. Anyway, enough of my
rambling. Thank you all for allowing me the opportunity to vent a
little.
Best,
Joe Orozco
