hi,
you need to locate something similar to:
C:\Documents and Settings\Bryan Schulz\Local Settings\Application
Data\Identities\{DCDAD47E-084B-453D-97E4-6B7209AAE954}\Microsoft\Outlook
Express
the scramble of letters/numbers inside the brackets is your email account
because you never renamed it.
find all the .dbx files inside \outlook express and save them somewhere
else.
after you reinstall oe, follow mr. chongs instructions to find your store
location and change it to something recognizable.
copy that entire string and paste it in the run dialog window and it will
open that location where you can paste the previous dbx files with all your
old messages.
