Where do you get E-Backup   from?  What is the site?

Yes, but it's a pain.  You need to unhide system files and folders, then
navigate into where the stuff is kept.  Actually, the full path to a folder
can be found in the maintenance tab ov the options dialog in OE.  You can
change this location, but be sure to grab the files beforehand.

If you want to move OE's database to a new machine, I suggest using E-Backup
or a similar tool, as this would take care of saving and restoring not only
the dbx (mail) files, but also will preserve the address book and settings
and accounts.
All you need with E-Backup is to run a backup, save it on an external drive,
plug the drive into the new computer, restore the files using E-Backup
(which you need on both machines), and there you have it.
The only caveat is that this will not merge or sync your files -- if there
is something of the same name there, it will get clobbered.
To merge files you should use the import option in the file menu of OE.
