[nfbcs] Putting multiple tracks onto a CD

For a cd, you can simply copy the files to the cd drive and write them
directly to the disk. You have to add everything at once and then write. You
cannot add a couple, write, and then add more. This does not work. You need
to write everything at one time even for re-writeable discs.
