[nfbcs] Windows CE, Windows Moble, and Palm OS+screenreader questions

        Two questions.  Are Windows CE and Windows Moble the same or similiar operating systems?  Second, are any screen readers work in the Palm OS environment?  I checked theCode Factory site at http://codefactory.es/en/products.asp?id=8 and it doesn't look like any of their packages work with Palm OS.
