[nfbcs] Copying the Virtual Screen

If you use Jaws you are looking at web pages with the jaws virtual viewer 
most of the time.  It rearranges the screen so your speech can see it 
easily.
That's not a techi description.  If you want to see your web page without 
the virtual viewer, use insertZ.  Insert Z again will turn it back on.
