I have personally used cvs, subversion, and git under Linux. I accessed
it using JAWS via an ssh interface. There are also cygwin ports of
subversion at least, and probably of others too. I used subversion under
cygwin with Window-Eyes, and I'm sure it would work with JAWS too. Not
sure about the windows-specific version control systems out there, or
the clients of the ones I do know of which are designed specifically for
windows. For instance, there is a subversion client that has a gui and
runs under windows. Don't know anything about it though.
