I don't have a formal certificate, but I have experience using Cisco
equipment in a production environment. My last job, I was a
system/network administrator, and my job was installation,
configuration, and maintanence of the servers and the networking
equipment. All of the networking equipment was Cisco. I'd be happy to
point you to some resources  if you'd like, or even provide some
pointers on how the equipment works and how to do things if that's the
kind of help you need.
