[nfbcs] Outlook compatibility

Hello Brett. You can get the battery level indication by pressing digit nine 
from the main menu. I will note, however, that if you do this after 
immediately bringing up the reader, you may, on your first try, get a false 
indication. It normally works quite well if you have done something with the 
reader prior to invoking the check battery command.
