[nfbcs] accessible dvd player

Hi Folks, hope this finds you well. This is an accessible DVD question.

A friend using JFW V10, was trying to play a DVD on her laptop.  The machine has windows media v11.  
When going to windows explorer you can see e: dvd drive and the title of the DVD.

when you click on play it launches windows media v 11 but then an error something is not installed.

What do you think?
