[nfbcs] instant-click combo box problem

you have to open the box by typing alt+downarrow.  This will allow you to 
arrow through the choices.

Hi guys.
I'm trying to register my husband's new PC, and on the web form there is
one of those pesky combo boxes that assumes you want whatever you've
landed on.  So I type u for USA; it lands on Uganda, and off it goes
before I can even hear where it's landed.
Is there a way to make it wait until I hit enter or something?
