[nfbcs] Creating a desktop shortcut

actually I originally thought it would go to the desktop, but when I tried 
it and found that it put a second shortcut to OE in the start menu.  It was 
called "Outlook Express[2]".  I think that the send-to option that someone 
else mentioned might be the better approach.

If the program you want is anywhere in your start menu or all programs, go
to it and press the context menu which is either shift-f10 or the key just
to the right of your right alt key.  From there you will find an option
under send to which will put a shortcut on your desktop.  One of the
confusing things is that it calls it a shortcut.  If the shortcut is Outlook
Express the icon will say "shortcut to outlook express'.
