[nfbcs] Outlook Distribution Lists

Jim:

Here is the procedure to use:

In Outlook, go to your Contacts folder and highlight the distribution list you want to copy.  Copy it to the clipboard and then paste into a folder on your hard drive.  This will create a .msg file whose name matches the distribution list in your Contacts folder.

Now, in the Contacts folder in Outlook, open the distribution list and change its name.  Save it in Contacts.  You will observe that a new list now exists with a new name in your Contacts folder.

Finally, go back to the folder on your hard drive where you saved the original and copy/paste it back into Contacts.

Trust me, it works.
