[nfbcs] how to rename worksheets in Excel 2007

I don't have Excel 2007, and there may be an easier way, but I bet
that you can right-click on the sheet's name at the bottom of the
screen and choose Rename from the Context menu.  That works in older
Excel versions anyway.
