Hello:  I have a client who works at a medical facility using NextGen software.  While the menus are easily accessible and provide shortcuts to many areas, once you get there, there's a lot of mousing that has to be done.  For instance, when a doctor dictates a short paragraph in a patient's file, you have to find the file name itself which is a long series of numbers, and JAWS isn't finding this at all.
I wondered if anyone on the list either works with this system or has assisted someone who does and if you have ideas for me.
