[nfbcs] Accessibility of interactive / point-of-sales (POS) devices

Do you mean things like the self-service check-out at the supermarket? 
I've heard it talking to prompt people, but never heard it say anything
while someone was scanning their food.  Next time I'm there, I'll try to
check for an earphone jack or something, though.
