[nfbcs] Using the Remedy Product

I will be changing jobs as of April 1, and instead of the home-grown system that we have been using for entering and tracking problem tickets, my new employer will be using a product called Remedy. If any of you have experience with this product, would you contact me off list and give me a heads up about it's accessibility please.
