[nfbcs] Freedom Scientific Reduces Price of Focus 40 Blue Braille Display by 38%

At the risk of being argumentative, I believe it is chinese.  It was 
developed by a Chinese Professor.  I am told you can buy it in China 
for about $700, about $1500 in Japan, and $2400 here.  It is ok, but 
no bluetooth or USB, just serial I think.
