[nfbcs] Wireless connection unavailable after power outage

No, my husband's PC is not attached by ethernet cable, only wireless. My
PC is attached by ethernet.  My netbook should connect by wireless, but
isn't since the power out.  (Gee, we have a lot of computers!)
