[nfbcs] visual studio 2010 accessibility

I just started trying to use visual studio 2010 at work with jaws on Friday, and notice there is a definite step backward on accessibility.  Intellisense seems to read fine, but when I make a choice it seems I have to alt tab away and back again to see text again.  Window eyes appears to be even worse.  I have not tried with system access or nvda, but I am hesitant to do so since I would lose my Braille support.  Does anyone know if microsoft and/or FS is working on this issue?
