[nfbcs] Accessible Calendars

I still use anytime Deluxe for about 10 years now.  It worked out of the box 
up to JAWS 9, and then had to create scripts to work with JAWS 10.  I've 
talked with the folks from Individual Software, and although not much call 
for version 7.1 any longer they will work with folks using screen readers to 
assist with making the version available.
