hi,

since the settings never showed up, here they are:

Accessing your Gmail account with common email apps:
You can retrieve your Gmail messages with a client or device that supports
POP, like Microsoft Outlook or Windows Live Mail.

A. To enable POP in Gmail:
1. Sign in to Gmail.
2. Click Settings at the top of any Gmail page.
3. Click Forwarding and POP/IMAP.
4. Select Enable POP for all mail or Enable POP for mail that arrives from
now on.
5. Choose what to do with your messages after they're accessed with your POP
client or device.
6. Configure your POP client* and click Save Changes.

B. Configure your client to match these settings:

Account Name: your full email address (including @gmail.com or
@your_domain.com)
Email Address: your email address (username at gmail.com

Password: your Gmail password

Inbound:
pop.gmail.com
Use SSL: Yes
Port: 995

Outbound:
smtp.gmail.com
Use Authentication: Yes
Port for SSL: 465
