[nfbcs] Zoom Text & Touch Screen

I believe this is not a doable combination.  No one has figured out
yet how to correctly map the coordinates of the screen's sensors to
which part of the screen zoomtext is currently displaying.

To be clear, I would absolutely love to be wrong about this, but I
looked around about 2 years ago and couldn't find anyone who was
working on this.
