[nfbcs] braille notetaker and ajax

Thanks everyone. It's strange because that doesn't seem to work. Hitting
space doesn't do anything, and then I tab to the next button and the newly
selected one says it's "checked" (even though only one can be selected at a
time, and the previous one should be selected).
