Jim:

The Mobility Accessibility running on Android option compared to Apple's iPhone with VoiceOver has one distinct advantage--at least as of right now. The iPhone is available from only two cell phone providers: AT&T and Verizon. By contrast, cell phones running Android are available from just about every cell phone provider in the U.S. And, of course, you still have the choice of getting cel phones running Symbian and acquiring Talks or Mobile Speak or getting cell phones running Windows Mobile 6.5 and running Mobile Speak or Talks. These last two options may not be as viable or as new, but at least, in some instances, they are still available.

Cordially,

Curtis Chong
