[nfbcs] Sending e-mail to a phone number as TTS

I think I have heard of some services that wil do this, but I can't 
remember their URLs. Suppose the phone is answered by an answering 
machine or voice mail, How do they handle that? Do they charge for their 
services?

Are there services that do the reverse, take a phone message and send it 
to an e-mail address as text?
