[nfbcs] skype help?

Hey I use skype and have been using the latest update for a few months
now instead of 3.8. I like the new update but after about a month of
having it I did something to my settings and am not sure what. Now I
am not able to send a message to a person while talking to them on
skype at the same time. If there are more people in the call then I am
able to, but if it is one on one I have to hang up to send a message
of any kind. How can I fix this? Thanks.
