[nfbcs] Jaws 12 and Adobe Reader 10

It seems to me someone a couple of weeks ago wrote to either this list or
GUI-talk, saying that they had trouble with Adobe Reader 10 also.  The only
work-around was to revert to the previous version.  Someone else who
commented as part of the thread said that in his experience, Adobe rarely
ever got it right on the first try and it took a couple of revisions to a
new version to get all the access kinks out.
