Okay, I'll try the compile and will copy the message I get and we'll start from there.

You may find that the code is quite compatible with the exception of a line or two. Let's try to isolate which lines are causing you the problem and perhaps the work to change the scripts will be minimal.

Subject: [nfbcs] A JAWS Scripting Question

[*] Good afternoon:
[*]
We have an application for which scripts were written using JAWS 7. The person using them now has a later version of JAWS on her machine (JAWS 10).
I tried to compile the original scripts and keep getting an error message, which I assume means that there are differences in JAWS 10 which do not recognize the JAWS 7 code. Is there a quick way to upgrade these scripts or do they have to be completely rewritten?

Thanks for your help.

Cordially,
Michael D. Barber
