[nfbcs] Error trying to run programs newly installed.

Hi everyone,
I recently had to do a system restore on a machine running Windows Vista 64 bit. Now when I try to run a program like Winamp, Iget error 0xc0000135 and am told the program did not initialize properly. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
