[nfbcs] Visual Studio 2010

Unfortunately I haven't had that much luck with jaws 12 and vs2010.  It
works, kind of, but is much more clunky than 2008 was.  I believe window
eyes is planning to address this in their next version, but I have no clue
what fs is doing about this.
