[nfbcs] SQL 2008 and Jaws

I also let Freedom Scientific know about these glitches.  I told them about
Earthlink's webmail interface working poorly in JAWS 12.  It works nicely in
13.  They do work to fix things.

Hi Rick.
All I can say is, if the latest version of Jaws is not working with your
most important applications, you're free to go back to a version that does
work.  Which is why I'm several versions back now.  Sometimes an update is
not an upgrade.
