[nfbcs] Software to download DTB

About a year ago, someone was advertising some software that was supposed
to make downloading digital talking books from NLS a bit easier for the
novice computer user.
I can't find out anything about it now--can't find the email, can't find
it on Google.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?  My sister-in-law really wants
to download books, but she is a total computer beginner and keeps getting
lost in the process.
