Hi Denise,
For novices, it is not quite that easy. There are several steps involved.
Even with Stream Companion or Booksense Buddy there are a few steps, if, we
are discussing NLS books.
I work with some seniors and it takes several iterations before some people
are able to accomplish downloading and playing books. I must say that this
not limited to seniors, but people who did not grow up with computers have a
little more difficult learning curve.
Warm Regards,
Fred

Put in a thumb drive, download book to thumb drive, put thumb drive in
player, pull up book and read away My students do this constantly and it is
that easy. The download takes longer than anything else Denise
