[nfbcs] Apple Developer Website and Accessibility

I am not sure if this is only a screen reader problem because the sighted person who was trying to help me also had problems. On the Apple developer website, under the iOS developer center, provisioning portal, certificates, the revoke link for revoking your current certificate does not do anything. You press enter on it, and nothing happens. Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it?
