[nfbcs] Microsoft Excel support in JAWS

Hi Nicole,I have performed updates to JAWS 12 as well as any updates to MS Office. I didn't think an update like that would break it, although I do know it's possible. As far as I can tell, Excel is the only program that's behaving differently with JAWS. Patrick
